Sara Omer joined Taerk Family Law as an associate in 2024, bringing her passion for family law and her commitment to client advocacy to every case she handles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and earned her law degree from the University of Windsor. Sara was called to the Ontario Bar and has since focused her practice exclusively on family law.
Sara has experience in all areas of family law, including spousal support, child support, property division, and parenting disputes. She has successfully represented clients at both the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice, where she works diligently to ensure her clients’ voices are heard and their interests are protected.
Whether in the courtroom or at the negotiation table, Sara approaches every case with a focus on finding creative, practical solutions tailored to her clients’ unique circumstances. She is passionate about helping families navigate challenging times in a cost-effective and efficient manner, striving to resolve conflicts while minimizing stress for her clients.
Outside of her legal practice, Sara is an avid travel enthusiast who enjoys exploring new destinations and cultures. When she’s not advocating for her clients, you’ll likely find her planning her next adventure or reminiscing about past journeys.
