
Madeleine practices exclusively in the areas of family law and child protection. She helps her clients reach effective and sustainable resolutions of their high-conflict parenting disputes and all financial matters, including property, income and support matters.
Madeleine takes a focused and strategic approach to each matter, grounded in a thorough understanding of her client’s objectives and circumstances. She is committed to providing clear, practical advice and is equipped to navigate all aspects of family law, whether through alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration, or through litigation when necessary.
Madeleine holds both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws. Before joining the firm, Madeleine completed her articles at a respected Toronto family law, which allowed her to experience various high-net-worth complex family law matters.
