“Family law has a very broad reach. There is perhaps no single area of law that touches as many people. The quality or adequacy of a family’s encounter with the justice system can shape their lives and influence their wellbeing for the long term.”

Plan of Action
During the initial consultation, I will go through the specific facts of your case and offer you a variety of possible legal avenues to move your matter forward. I will explain how Ontario family law applies to you. We will then, together, decide on a strategy that best suits your family’s needs. You will have the opportunity to ask me all the questions you have in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment. At the end of our meeting you will have the ability to determine if I am the best family lawyer for you. If you decide to retain me, I will begin working for you immediately as much of the work of a divorce lawyer or children protection lawyer is time sensitive.
Moving Forward
I provide my clients with a supportive and professional working environment. I am committed to obtaining the best result for you and your family. I am easily accessible by telephone or email and I will keep you apprised at all stages of the legal process. I will be flexible with my schedule to meet your needs if evening or weekend appointments are necessary.
My work and billings are fully transparent to my clients. Clients receive a copy of all work completed on their files and I welcome you to come in and discuss any step of the process with me. I am determined to work with you to ensure that your family law matter is resolved in an effective and cost efficient manner. Because my practice is focused exclusively in the area of family law and child protection, you can certainly expect me to have an advanced knowledge in all areas of family law to successfully meet your needs.
